My fantasy would go as follows. (Beautiful women always cause fantasies, most of which they never hear.) 
 
I would not be able to resist playing mind-games with her, to keep her wondering.  Her not knowing what to expect leads to the unspoken erotic tension implicit in what is happening. 
 
For example, her blouse was unbuttoned, slowly, but was not pulled open enough to expose her nipples.  So she wonders if that will happen.  She sits still so that her blouse does not open further because of her own movement. 
 
Emay is a good girl. 
 
She is aware of my nearness, and after a lengthy silence, I would say in a soft voice, "I won't be touching your nipples with my fingers.  I have been working in the garden, and the tips of my fingers have become rough and harsh to the touch."
 
Then after another pause, I add, "So if it becomes necessary to touch your nipples, I will use a feather that I have here." 
 
Then I would let her think about that.  She will of course wonder what circumstances would make it "necessary" to apply the feather to her nipples.  She will wonder if I DO use the feather, whether it will be gentle and pleasant, or whether it will tickle and be annoying. 
 
I was not really working in the garden, so to make my fingertips rough as if callused, I applied some glue to them, which was allowed to harden.  I lightly touch her cheek so she feels their roughness. 

When the time comes, the glue can be easily peeled off the fingertips. 
 
Finally I say, "You have permission to speak. Ask me questions if you want."
